I'm 27 years old, and I'm originally from Finland. I work as a Research Analyst at Prinses Maxima Centrum voor Kinderoncologie with a yearly income of 44 350e, holiday pay and 13th month included. I'm looking for an apartment to rent by myself due to a breakup, and would like to start renting as soon as possible. As a tenant I'm very neat and calm. My hobbies include learning coding, reading, baking, and learning Dutch. I have never received any complaints of any disturbance, and I don't smoke or have any pets.
