Hello! I hope you are well. My name is Anne, I am 21 y/o (22 in November), from Norway. I have graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Amsterdam (UvA). I have lived in the Netherlands for 3 years now, and I loved it so much I decided to apply for a master's here. Luckily for me, I got into the Political Science master's at Leiden University, which I am thrilled about. Before I lived in the Netherlands, I got into the United World College of the Adriatic (UWC AD), which is an international boarding school near Trieste, Italy. It taught me a lot about living with others and respecting our facilities, especially as one of the residences used to be part of the Duino Castle. When I am not working or studying ;) I love to sit down and read a book; my all-time favourite is The Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki by Haruki Murakami, and my favourite childhood books have to be the Harry Potter series. Additionally, I love being able to bike everywhere, especially down to a cafe to meet up with friends or to a pool bar to play. I am not a smoker or a heavy drinker. I am a very clean and tidy person (feedback from my previous roommates). After living with roommates for a combination of 5 years (three roommates in Italy, and one flatmate in Amsterdam), I am well-versed in living with people from all walks of life. Wij zijn Joris en Meike. We zijn allebei opgegroeid in Deventer en wonen mmenteel in Maastricht, waar we allebei hebben gestudeerd. Omdat we graag weer dichter richting ‘huis’ willen wonen, willen we naar Nijmegen verhuizen. Joris gaat na de zomer zeer waarschijnlijk fulltime voor de overheid werken in ’s-Hertogenbosch. Ik werk momenteel bij het Openbaar Ministerie en start binnenkort met mijn master aan de universiteit in Nijmegen. Omdat we beiden veel met het openbaar vervoer reizen, gaat onze voorkeur gaat uit naar een appartement op loopafstand van een station. Wij zijn allebei netjes, rustig en handig. We wonen inmiddels ruim drie jaar in ons appartement in Maastricht en hebben in die tijd nooit hulp van onze huisbaas hoeven vragen, bijvoorbeeld voor reparaties of onderhoud. Wij zoeken dan ook een fijne, rustige plek in Nijmegen die we ons thuis kunnen noemen.
