I’m an American, originally from Manhattan, and have been living in the Netherlands for a year now. I’m quiet, tidy, and easy to have as a neighbor: no pets, no parties. I’m occasionally in New York for work but the Netherlands is my home base and where I’m building my life long term. Cycling and open water swimming are big parts of my life, and I’m always glad to be near green space or water.

Before this, I completed a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology and a Master's degree in Molecular Biotechnology. I also worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Bioengineering of Catalonia (IBEC), where I participated in drug discovery research for retinal degenerative diseases. Besides my research experience, I have also worked in Regulatory Affairs, which has helped me become organised, responsible and used to working in professional environments.
