Na een periode in het buitenland keer ik terug naar Nederland en ben ik per maart op zoek naar een passende woonruimte. Mijn naam is Elina (Fins). Ik ben een hoogopgeleide professional en werk 32 uur per week in vaste dienst in de culturele sector, bij een museum. Door mijn werk ben ik doordeweeks veel van huis en leid ik een rustig en gestructureerd leven. Ik ben een betrouwbare en verantwoordelijke huurder met stabiel inkomen, internationale werk- en woonervaring en heb eerder jarenlang met plezier in Nederland gewoond. Ik spreek vloeiend Nederlands en voel mij goed thuis in de Nederlandse cultuur en omgangsvormen. Vanaf maart (eerder in overleg mogelijk) ben ik op zoek naar een verzorgde woonruimte in Amsterdam, eventueel ook Utrecht of Haarlem. Ik sta open voor zowel een tijdelijke als een langere huurperiode en ben flexibel in overleg met de verhuurder. Ik ben rustig, netjes en niet-roker en hecht veel waarde aan een prettige, stille woonomgeving. Voor mij is een huurwoning echt een thuis, waar ik zorgvuldig en respectvol mee omga. Komend februari ga ik stage lopen in Haarlem, daarom ben ik op zoek naar woonruimte in Haarlem of omstreken. Ik hou van lezen, kleding en afspreken met vrienden. Ook vind ik het belangrijk dat mijn toekomstige kamer/huis netjes en schoon blijft.
