My name is Rui Marques, I am Portuguese and 25 years old. I am looking for a studio/apartment/house for me and my girlfriend, Joana Ferreira, Portuguese and also 25 years old.  Both of us are doing our PhD in Cancer Researcher in Portugal, together with the Leiden University Medical Center. Our monthly payment is provided by the Foundation for Science and Technology, which is the government entity in Portugal responsible for paying PhD students. Each of us earns 2218€ per month, with also a first additional income for housing deposits and travel. We can provide the needed documents to prove this. Both of us are well humored, calm, organized and unproblematic people. We both give a lot of importance to a clean, organized and quiet home.We enjoy hanging out and getting to know new places, go on walks and participate in the community around us but also enjoy cozy days at home watching movies and TV shows. I must add that I have already lived in Leiden for 6 months from july to december 2025 (I can also send proof of this and provide contact of my previous landlords ). This gives me already a notion of what it is like living in the Netherlands. Additionally we have 2 small dogs. Well behaved, trained and used to live indoors. Because of that we are open to pay a caution of value that you see fit. We can move in on the first weeks of March. As we are in Portugal currently we are not able to visit the apartment. Hoi, ik ben Enya, en ik ben momenteel 16 jaar oud. In maart wordt ik 17 jaar. Belangrijke dingen over mij zijn, ik ben gelovig, ( christelijk) ik geloof in Jezus. Dus dat is heel belangrijk voor mij. Ik be creatief, en ik hou van cadootjes maken en geven aan mensen. Ik zou niet zeggen dat ik super goed ben in vrienden maken. Ik ben niet echt sociaal, maar ik kan sociaal zijn, als ik met mensen ben die open zijn voor een conversatie, lukt het makkelijk om een gesprek door te voeren.
