Ik ben Romy (rechts op de foto's) en Lynn (links op de foto's) is is mijn tweeling zus, ik ben opzoek naar een woning voor ons samen of een eigen studio of kamer. Wij zijn beide 23 jaar. Ik ben student aan de Hogeschool van Amsterdam en Lynn studeert aan de universiteit van Leiden (Den Haag campus). Allebei lenen wij het maximale bedrag (rond 1300 euro). Ik woon nu in Haarlem en Lynn woont in Den Haag. Beide hebben wij ook een bijbaan naast onze studie, wij zijn van plan om als wij ergens anders komen te wonen ook hier naast onze studie te gaan werken. We zijn allebei redelijk rustig en niet zo van feesten en uitgaan, vandaar dat we samen opzoek zijn naar een appartement of aparte studio's en niet op traditionele kamers willen gaan. Onze voorkeur gaat naar een woning in regio Den Haag, Leiden en omstreken, maar we staan open voor andere opties zoals regio Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht. I’m Romy (on the right in the photos) and Lynn (on the left in the photos) is my twin sister. I am looking for a place for us to live together, or for my own studio or room. We are both 23 years old. I am a student at the University of Applied Sciences in Amsterdam (Hogeschool van Amsterdam) and Lynn studies at Leiden University (The Hague campus). We both borrow the maximum student loan (around €1300). I currently live in Haarlem and Lynn lives in The Hague. We both also have part-time jobs alongside our studies, and we plan to work as well if we move somewhere else. We are both fairly quiet and not really into parties and going out, which is why we are looking for an apartment together or separate studios, rather than traditional shared student housing. Our preference is for a place in the Amsterdam, The Hague, or Leiden regions and surrounding areas, but we are open to other options as well.

I've spent the last six months living in Asia, including three months renting an apartment in Singapore, so international living feels completely natural to me. Outside of work and studies I love the mountains and getting outdoors, and I'm generally an easy, low-key person to share a place with. I'm clean, quiet and a non-smoker, no pets. For a landlord, I'm a low-risk tenant. I have secured work that I do online from home, so I'll be around during the day and keep the place in order. My income is backed by DUO financing, and my parents are able to support the deposit if needed. If it helps with the paperwork, I can sign the contract through my own sole proprietorship. I'm happy to share references from previous landlords. A spot where registration is possible would be ideal. Hi, I am moving to Delft or Den Haag from Germany to do my master's degree in applied mathematics at TU Delft. About me: I absolutely love doing sports! Whatever you may suggest I'm down. Mainly I'm going running or cycling but have been thinking about picking soccer back up. I enjoy planning activities spontaneously. I'm just one call away from going for a run, a hike, to the park, cooking dinner together or grabbing a quick beer at the local pub. As my choice of degree may have given away I enjoy pondering complex problems and love to learn. Recently, I have picked up reading again after beeing peer pressured by some friends, which has added a new facet to my life. For the rest of August I am fixated on learning Dutch as much as possible. I have already lived in a shared apartment during my bachelor's degree. It'd be great to have a flat with an engaging bunch to share dinners and good times instead of doom scrolling by myself. That said, my main priority right now is finding a place to call home before the semester starts.
