Omdat ik mijn huidige woning per 1 augustus moet verlaten, ben ik op zoek naar een nieuwe woonplek. Ik ben een serieuze en betrouwbare huurder die zich goed op zijn studie focust. In mijn vrije tijd ga ik graag naar de sportschool of ben ik rustig aan het ontspannen. De huur zou altijd op tijd betaald zijn omdat ik financieel stabiel ben en een garantstelling door mijn ouders is altijd mogelijk. Ik hoop dat u mij kunt uitnodigen voor een bezichtiging.
