Hii, ik ben Elise en ik ben 20 jaar (na de zomervakantie 21). Ik ben nu eerstjaars bouwkunde student en zou graag in mijn tweede jaar op kamers willen, maar eerder is natuurlijk ook hartstikke leuk. Ik kom oorspronkelijk uit Hoofddorp en zou het dus fijn vinden om wat dichterbij de uni te wonen. Ik ben op zoek naar een gezellig huis waar mensen het leuk vinden om dingen met elkaar te doen :) Verder speel ik al sinds kleins af aan tennis en zou ik dus ook graag bij obvius willen aankomend jaar.

Hallo! Bij deze zal ik kort wat over mezelf vertellen en waarom ik (met lichte spoed) een kamer zoek: Ik ben dit jaar toegelaten in mijn droomstudie (ZGS)! Ik heb de afgelopen twee jaar in de tussentijd in Groningen gestudeerd en in een appartement daar op kamers gewoond. Van Groningen naar het campus in Utrecht reizen elke dag is helaas echt niet te doen (+2,5u enkele reis). Daarom zoek ik met lichte spoed een kamer/appartement/studio voor aankomend studiejaar (en evt langer). Ik heb nu 2 jaar in een appartement gewoond, exclusief, waarbij ik dus alle verantwoordelijkheden ken. Ik heb met mijn huidige verhuurder altijd fijn en voorspoedig contact gehad. Mijn ouders staan ook volledig garant voor de financiering. Hierdoor is huur (en andere kosten) betalen voor mij geen probleem. Ik ben zelf een verantwoordelijke en vrolijke student. Ik ben vooral gericht op sporten (paardrijden, hardlopen, sportschool), studie (zorg, gezondheid, samenleving), en mijn vrienden. Ik hoop enorm een fijn plekje te vinden voordat de introductie weken beginnen, zodat ik niet het begin van het jaar hoef te missen. Als ik evt in aanmerking zou komen voor een woning hoor ik dit graag! Ik heb alle behorende documenten al in een pdf klaar staan, en stuur die dan door.

🇳🇱 Ik ben Kinga, ik ben 25 jaar en kom uit Hongarije. Ik ben twee jaar geleden naar Gotenburg in Zweden verhuisd om mijn master te doen. Nu is voor mij het moment aangebroken om wederom te verhuizen. Ik begin deze herfst namelijk als promovendus in fysische scheikunde bij de Universiteit Leiden. Als promovendus werk ik in dienstverband en krijg ik dus een maandsalaris. Ik zoek een woonruimte in of in de omgeving van Leiden, het liefst voor een langere periode (minimaal 1 jaar). Aangezien ik nog niet in Nederland woon is het belangrijk dat ik me officieel kan inschrijven op het adres. Mijn budget is maximaal €1300 voor een appartement en maximaal €700 voor een kamer in een gedeelde woning. Ik ben eventueel ook geïnteresseerd in een appartement met twee slaapkamers, aangezien ik dat zou kunnen huren samen met een andere promovendus. Ons gezamenlijke budget hiervoor is onderhandelbaar. Qua verhuisdatum ben ik flexibel vanaf augustus tot uiterlijk 1 oktober. Kort over mezelf: Ik ben een vriendelijk, net en erg georganiseerd persoon, en ook vrij introvert (maar zeker niet antisociaal). Ik rook niet en ik heb geen huisdieren. Het is belangrijk voor mij om een ontspannen sfeer thuis te hebben zodat ik kan bijkomen na een lange werkdag. Ik woon momenteel in een gedeelde studentenwoning en ben dus al bekend met de gang van zaken. Buiten het lab houd ik erg van creativiteit, vooral van schilderen, breien en naaien.
