I am a prospective Master's student from Greece who will soon be studying at Leiden university, and i am currently looking for suitable accommodation for the upcoming academic year. I am very interested in renting your property and would like to introduce myself as a potential tenant. I am a responsible, quiet, and organized individual who is moving to the Netherlands to focus on my studies and build my academic future. I understand the importance of maintaining a clean, safe, and respectful living environment, and I would treat the property with great care and responsibility. Ideally, I am looking for a contract of at least 12 months, as I am planning to stay for the full academic year and possibly longer. Alongside my studies, I will also be working, which ensures that I have a stable income and can reliably meet all rental payments. Furthermore , my parents can be listed as guarantors in order to meet the income conditions. I am very motivated to find a stable and comfortable home where I can focus on my studies and daily life.

Op 1 september 2026 begin ik aan mijn studie psychologie aan de Radboud Universiteit en ben op zoek naar woonruimte in Nijmegen.
