I’ll be turning 23 that same month. I'm looking to rent a place for at least one year, ideally starting in early August so I have time to settle in before the academic year begins. However, I can be flexible with the move-in date. I have a financial guarantor and dedicated savings set aside to cover rent and utilities at market rate for the full year. Verder vind ik het leuk veel tijd met mijn vrienden en familie door te brengen. Ik woon nu in Rotterdam Zuid, maar ik moet helaas mijn woning verlaten aangezien die verkocht wordt.. Ik ben dus druk op zoek naar een nieuwe woning in Rotterdam. Ik ben een betrouwbare huurder omdat ik serieus en respectvol ben en veel belang hecht aan een plezierige, rustige, gezellige en schone leefomgeving. Ik ontvang een studentenlening, heb een bijbaantje en mijn ouders ondersteunen mij financieel wanneer nodig. Zij zijn bereid garant te staan. Ik heb alle benodigde documenten klaarliggen. Het nakomen van financiële verplichtingen is voor mij geen probleem. Ik hoop u/jullie snel te kunnen ontmoeten!
