Ik geloof er heilig in dat een schoon huis zorgt voor minder discussies en meer gezelligheid! Ik vind het ook belangrijk dat iedereen zich thuis voelt, je zult mij daarom dus niet snel betrappen op vuile borden die wekenlang rondzwerven of mysterieuze experimenten achterin de koelkast. Beste, Mijn naam is Chun en samen met mijn vriend ben ik op zoek naar een fijn appartement in Arnhem om samen te gaan wonen. Op dit moment studeer ik Tuin en landschapsinrichting op de hogeschool Van Hall Larenstein in Velp. En verwacht in September af te gaan studeren. Zo zijn een aantal hobby's van mij hardlopen, boulderen en surfen in Spanje : ) Mijn vriend Klaas werkt op dit moment bij het openbaar ministerie als jurist. Ook hij houd van buiten te zijn en een rondje te rennen in het Sonsbeekpark. We hebben op dit moment een hele lieve kat ed die niet voor overlast zorgt en zouden deze graag mee willen nemen. Beste verhuurder, Mijn naam is Julius, ik ben 23 jaar oud en ik stel mijzelf graag aan u voor als uw nieuwe, betrouwbare huurder. Per 1 juli 2026 ben ik op zoek naar een fijne (boven)kamer in Hilversum van minimaal 12 m². Omdat ik een nette laminaatvloer erg mooi vind, gaat mijn voorkeur hiernaar uit. Daarnaast verplaats ik mijzelf dagelijks op de scooter; een tuin of een veilige schuur/berging waar ik deze kan stallen, zou voor mij echt een uitkomst zijn. Op dit moment zit ik in de absolute afrondingsfase van mijn studie Junior Accountmanager. Stilzitten is niks voor mij, dus daarnaast steek ik graag de handen uit de mouwen als assistent klantenservice bij de Albert Heijn in Kerkelanden. Na mijn afstuderen wil ik meteen fulltime aan de slag bij een accountantskantoor of administratiekantoor. Dit geeft mij niet alleen een mooie uitdaging, maar biedt u als verhuurder ook de zekerheid van een stabiel en vast inkomen. De keuze voor Hilversum is voor mij heel bewust. Ik houd van de gezelligheid en de dynamiek van de stad, maar waardeer ook de centrale ligging. Het is voor mij de perfecte uitvalsbasis om snel op mijn werk te zijn of vrienden te bezoeken. In het dagelijks leven ben ik een rustige, volwassen en sociale jongen. Ik vind het heerlijk om mijn eigen gang te gaan, maar ik draag ook graag mijn steentje bij aan een fijn leefklimaat in huis. Een schoon en opgeruimd huis vind ik erg belangrijk. Hi everyone! My name is Krzysztof, I'm 19 years old and I'm moving from Poland to Nijmegen this August to start my Bachelor’s in Artificial Intelligence at Radboud University. I’m a calm, organized person who truly values his alone time and privacy to recharge, clear my head, and focus on my studies.
