I'm looking for a stable, long-term room where I can settle in comfortably for the duration of my studies. I'd describe myself as calm, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces and other people's privacy. My days are mostly structured around lectures, studying, and personal coding projects. I'm not someone who throws parties or makes a lot of noise, however in my free time I do enjoy bouldering, running, or hanging out with friends to stay active. I don't smoke and don't have any pets. I'm happy to furnish the room myself if needed, and I have no issue sharing kitchen, bathroom, or other common facilities with housemates. I can provide proof of enrollment at TU/e, a parental guarantee, and proof of financial support if needed. My name is Viktoriia, I'm 21 years old and I will be coming to the Netherlands for my Erasmus studies, starting from September 1st, 2026. Financial situation:  I will be receiving an unconditional Erasmus grant of €920 a month for the whole semester. As well as that, I have savings from my current job that are sufficient to cover rent. My guarrantors are living abroad and have a full-time employment and a stable job and can show their proof of employment. 
 Qualities: I am a very clean and tidy person that is used to live in a shared spaces. For 2 years of my studies I've lived in student dormitories and respect the personal space of other possible tenants. As well as that, I am very good in keeping my own personal space tidy, not having troubles with cleaning schedules and agreeing on shared rules of rental. I am all for avoiding conflict situations that may arise in shared living and finding compromises before the escalation. I treat everyone with respect and believe that compromises are a key to a comfortable relationships between tenants, as we are all interested in peacefull living with no conflicts.
