Mijn naam is Lukas, 30 jaar jong, ik ben van beroep 3D graphic designer en programeur van videospelen. We leiden een gezonde levensstijl en zijn actieve leden van de studentengemeenschap op onze universiteit. We zouden betrouwbare huurders zijn omdat we de ruimte altijd schoonhouden, anderen niet storen, betrouwbare inkomstenbronnen hebben en altijd goed bereikbaar zijn. Bij de Social Hub ben ik verantwoordelijk voor de keuken op mijn verdieping, die door 9 huurders wordt gedeeld, en ik heb tijdens mijn verblijf geen klachten ontvangen.
