I started my agency during my degree and now run it full time, registered with the KvK under number 97994723. I work from home most days, so a quiet place matters to me. I've lived in Amsterdam for three years. I'm looking for a studio or one-bedroom flat, ideally in Amsterdam or Amstelveen, and I need to be able to register at the address with the gemeente. On the practical side: my mother acts as guarantor and her income is well over four times the rent. I can provide her contract, payslips and ID, along with my own KvK registration and bank statements. I can pay several months of rent upfront on signing if that helps. I don't smoke, I have no pets, and I don't throw parties. I train five or six days a week and my evenings are usually the gym and work. I look after a place properly and I pay on time. Hoi hoi! Ik ben Moritz, 24 jaar, een architect uit Duitsland, en ik verhuis dit komende semester naar Delft om te starten met mijn Master aan de TU Delft. Na een tijdje fulltime te hebben gewerkt (en een jaar in Kopenhagen te hebben gewoond), heb ik enorm veel zin om het studentenleven weer op te pakken. Design en architectuur spelen natuurlijk een grote rol in mijn leven, maar als ik niet aan het schetsen ben, maak ik meestal muziek (met koptelefoon, dus niemand zal er last van hebben :) ), ben ik aan het schilderen of doe ik aan sport. Ik ben op dit moment ook Nederlands aan het leren. Als huisgenoot ben ik relaxed, netjes en makkelijk in de omgang. Ik hou ervan om de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes opgeruimd te houden en geniet van een gezellige sfeer in huis - of dat nu een snelle koffie in de ochtend is of af en toe samen koken.
