Hoi! Ik ben Ishara, 22 jaar oud, en momenteel bezig met afstuderen in Toegepaste Psychologie. Vanaf september start ik aan een nieuwe bachelor Psychologie aan de Radboud University. Sinds mijn 18e woon ik al op kamers in Nijmegen en inmiddels heb ik hier echt mijn eigen leven opgebouwd. Op dit moment woon ik in een studentenhuis met een vrij zelfstandige kamer (eigen keuken en ongeveer 30m²), maar ik merk dat ik nu toe ben aan een volgende stap: een eigen studio of appartement waar ik wat meer rust en mijn eigen ritme kan hebben. Ik ben erg zelfstandig, rustig en netjes. Ik hou van een schoon huis en ben eerlijk gezegd een beetje een stress-schoonmaker, er gaat dus wekelijks wel een doekje over alles heen en de stofzuiger wordt regelmatig gebruikt 😄. Ik ga niet vaak uit, organiseer geen feestjes en ga respectvol om met mijn woonomgeving. Natuurlijk heb ik soms vrienden of familie over de vloer, maar verder leef ik vrij rustig. In mijn vrije tijd hou ik van lezen, spelletjes spelen, samen eten met vrienden en gewoon gezelligheid opzoeken. Ik zoek vooral een fijne plek waar ik me thuis kan voelen. Omdat ik volledig op mezelf ga wonen, vind ik het ook belangrijk om goed en open contact te hebben met een huisbaas/verhuurder en duidelijke communicatie te hebben met elkaar. Ik hoop een fijne, rustige plek in Nijmegen te vinden waar ik voor langere tijd met plezier kan wonen!

Hee, Ik ben Philip Honig en ga vanaf september Mechanical Engineering aan de Universiteit van Twente studeren en ben op zoek naar een gezellig studentenhuis waar ik samen met mijn huisgenoten een leuke studententijd kan beleven. Xx Op dit moment is er geen kamer beschikbaar. Xx Wij zijn een gezin (een vader, 2 dochters 23/25, studentes). Ze wonen op kamers in Den Haag en Leiden en studeren aan een universiteit. We hebben ervaring met het verhuur van kamers, ook voor een van de buren in de straat wat voor beide partijen goed was bevallen. Ruim 6 maanden lang hebben studentes uit Polen, Italie, Spanje, Frankrijk, Chili, Nederland, Turkije, Slovakia, Frankrijk, Indonesië en studerend in Leiden en Den Haag hier een kamer gehuurd. Er zijn 2 privékamers voor studenten beschikbaar en soms tijdelijk een kamer die voor een korte periode als wisselkamer wordt gebruikt. Dit adres is eerder gescreend door TakeCareBnB/Rode Kruis en de eigenaar heeft een VOG-verklaring vanwege meerdere opvang van Oekraïense vluchtelingen maar die zijn inmiddels elders onder gebracht. Delen van het huis wordt op dit moment verduurzaamd en gerenoveerd, maar we proberen zo min mogelijk het overlast te beperken. De aangeboden kamers zijn klaar voor gebruik en waren tot voor kort verhuurd aan een studente uit Spanje/Chili en Polen. Referenties zijn beschikbaar. Vanwege de samenstelling van het gezin en inrichting van het huis, willen we enkel een studente van het vrouwelijke geslacht die Nederlands en/of Engels spreekt. Voldoe je daar niet aan, dan heeft het geen zin om te reageren. Mijn Engels is matig/redelijk maar communiceren lukt prima. De sfeer is heel relaxed en behalve huishoudelijke afspraken kan je lekker jezelf zijn. Je zal je snel thuisvoelen en een introductieprogramma rond Leidschendam is mogelijk. Ook is er een kaart beschikbaar waarmee je gratis of met korting naar sommige musea kan gaan. Westfield The Mall is een van de grootse winkelcentra van Europa en is 10 minuten fietsen hier vandaan en in de omgeving is ook een heel mooi natuurgebied. In 30 minuten sta je in het centrum in Den Haag of sta je op het strand in Scheveningen. Gebruik van de wasmachine, droger en wasmiddel is inbegrepen. Because of the composition of the family and the layout of the house, we only want a quiet female student who speaks Dutch or English. If you don't comply with that, there's no point in responding. My English is not perfect and good communication is necessary if you live in 1 house. The atmosphere is very relaxed and there are few rules except for household arrangements. You will quickly feel at home and safe.
