Geachte lezer, Momenteel woon ik in Amsterdam Noord. Inmiddels is mijn inwerkperiode achter de rug en goed doorlopen. Dit betekent dat ik veel vrijheid heb om te kiezen waar ik woon en werk. Ik heb een viertal jaar in Soest(dijk) gewoond. Dit in verband met mantelzorgverplichtingen. Vanwege mijn nieuwe baan bij een grote overheidsinstelling was het handiger dichter bij mijn werk te gaan wonen. Nu ik flexibeler kan en mag zijn wil ik graag terug naar die omgeving. Over mij: goed opgeleid, vaste aanstelling. Ik hou van wandelen in de natuur, geschiedenis, lezen, muziek luisteren en koken. Vriendelijk in de omgang en een betrouwbare huurder.

Hallo, ik ben Beatrice en ik kom uit Den Haag, ik ga graag naar het strand en breng graag tijd door met mijn vrienden en familie (en ook mijn hond) ik speel ook volleybal. Mijn zus en ik verhuizen in augustus naar Groningen om aan onze studie aan de RUG te beginnen, we hebben er allebei erg veel zin in om aan onze studie te beginnen en onze plek in de nieuwe stad te vinden. Hoi! Ik ben Isabel, 25 jaar en afgelopen augustus afgestudeerd als ergotherapeut. Momenteel ben ik deels werkzaam in Woerden (hals-pols kliniek), deels in Utrecht (basisschool). Al enige tijd ben ik opzoek naar een woning in Utrecht, ik ben namelijk toe aan een nieuwe stap in mijn leven door op mezelf te wonen. Naast de passie voor mijn werk vind ik het in mijn vrije tijd leuk om gezelligheid op te zoeken door wat leuks te doen met mijn vrienden; bijv. te poolen, uiteten -, naar de film -, of naar een concert/feestje te gaan. Maar ik kan ook genieten van wat tijd voor mezelf; ik houd erg van muziek, film, games en lezen. Ook sport ik in mijn vrije tijd. Ik zal mezelf omschrijven als een rustig maar sociaal persoon. Initially, I moved here to study, but, eventually, I fell in love with the Netherlands and decided to stay 🤍 Where do I live now and why am I moving? Currently, I live in an apartment in Nieuw-West with one roommate, however, my rental contract was only one year, so now is the time for me to look for a new place I can call home. When am I moving? I am looking for a room from June onward but I am flexible and can also move in sooner! Am I tidy? I am Austrian, I think being organized and tidy is in our DNA 😄 But seriously, I think when sharing your living space it's important to clean up after yourself and just be considerate of one another (and have open communication!) Who else am I bringing? No one! It's just me and my 3 plants (but they are barely hanging on for dear life… so we'll see if they make it) BUT I am always buying fresh flowers (see picture as a reference 🌸) What do I do when I am not working? Generally, I am a quite quiet and relaxed person. Since my job is very demanding, I am usually tired when I get home. However, I am always up for a chat :) Weekends I either spend with friends at a nice brunch spot, go to a museum, the gym, or a nice walk, or just relax with a nice book. Am I a party girl? On a good day, I barely make it to 11.00 pm before I hit the bed 😴 but then again, if you wanna have a glass of wine in the kitchen and talk about life...say less 🍷 Some other things you should know? I don't have any pets, I don't smoke and I would like to rent a room for at least 1 year, but preferably longer if that's possible. Since I also will stay in the apartment I will be your host (not a student), and as we may spend some time in the same apartment it may be a good idea to share some info about myself. I am broadly interested. I consider myself a social person. I like to be in contact with other people from all kinds of origin and like to talk about all kinds of subjects. I am an alpha as well as a beta person, I am into technical stuff as well as into languages. I do a lot of fitness at home. I have done all kinds of interesting things mostly on the area of IT, but have stopped working on a fixed position for a while now. I am not the type working with a fixed agenda, I eat when I want, sleep when I want, go out where and when I want, but I am quite punctial with my appointments and rules. Also I keep all my business in good order. I am rather experienced with renting to expats, young foreigners and Dutch people, though not in the house where I live myself, so this is new to me, but I am open to new things.
