Hi! Mijn naam is Sela, ik ben 22 jaar en kom uit Groningen. Ik studeer nu nog in Groningen maar zal vanaf september beginnen op de HKU met de opleiding ’Acting’. Het proces om binnen te komen was zwaar en nu rest mij nog 1 ding; een leuke woning. Ik ben begonnen op het VWO en kwam er na mijn opleiding achter waar mijn passie echt ligt; acteren. Daarom ben ik begonnen op het MBO met de opleiding; acteur. Deze opleiding gaat mij goed af en ik werk hard voor mijn droomtoekomst. Het “echte” studentenleven is iets waar ik geen affiniteit meer mee heb, mede door de stad waar ik ben opgegroeid. Dus ik ben toch meer op zoek naar een woning met privacy. Daarnaast hou ik van gezelligheid, wijntjes en hapjes. Daarnaast is sporten een hobby van me; ik doe aan hardlopen en ga graag naar de sportschool. Beste verhuurder, Wij zijn twee masterstudenten uit Tilburg, studerend in Nijmegen. Een van ons heeft de afgelopen twee jaar een woning in Den Haag gehuurd. We kijken er heel erg naar uit om ons leven in Nijmegen te beginnen en dat doen we graag op deze plek!  Wij werken allebei part-time als logistiek medewerker, en samen met studiebeurzen en stagevergoedingen hebben wij een gedeeld inkomen van circa 4000 per maand. Bovendien hebben wij beide lieve ouders die genoeg verdienen om eventueel garant te staan. Wij beschikken over alle benodige documenten, en ook een huurdersverklaring.  Voor de rest hebben wij geen specifieke voorkeuren, we roken niet en hebben ook geen huisdieren. I am very excited to begin this new chapter in the Netherlands and am now looking for a comfortable, quiet place to live while I focus on my studies. Architecture has been a strong interest of mine for a long time because it combines creativity, problem-solving, design, and the way people interact with the spaces around them. Outside of school, I enjoy drawing, reading, spending time in nature, and staying active through outdoor activities and sports. I would describe myself as friendly, honest, responsible, social and respectful of the people and spaces around me. I have had the opportunity to travel to several countries in Europe, as well as the United States, and those experiences have made me curious about different cultures, cities, and ways of life. I am especially looking forward to living in Eindhoven, meeting people from different backgrounds, and becoming part of the university community while building a calm and organized student life there.

Ik ben Felix (22) en tweedejaars student MediaMusic aan het ArtEZ Conservatorium, waar ik me ontwikkel tot film en mediacomponist. Binnen mijn eigen onderneming schrijf ik muziek voor verschillende projecten, zoals korte films, documentaires en af en toe games. Daarnaast werk ik regelmatig als geluidsman op filmsets, wat zorgt voor een fijne afwisseling. Het is leuk om onder de mensen te zijn en onderdeel uit te maken van een creatief team. Ik bespeel meerdere instrumenten, maar doe dit voornamelijk op school of met een koptelefoon, zodat ik thuis geen overlast veroorzaak. Ik woon inmiddels ruim twee jaar in Gronau en ben op zoek naar een plek dichter bij het centrum. Het lijkt me fijn om spontaner met vrienden af te spreken, samen iets te drinken of gewoon wat meer levendigheid om me heen te hebben. Enschede ken ik inmiddels al goed, maar ik sta er ook voor open om nieuwe plekken te ontdekken. Ook wil ik graag een bijbaan in Enschede vinden, wat een stuk makkelijker wordt als ik dichterbij woon. Naast mijn studie ben ik actief in het ArtEZ-voetbalteam. We spelen misschien in de laagste klasse, maar plezier en teamspirit staan voorop en een gelijkspel voelt soms al als een overwinning. Ook ga ik graag naar de sportschool, en is het als toekomstige huisgenoot altijd mogelijk om gratis mee te gaan op mijn abonnement. Als huisgenoot ben ik rustig, netjes en sociaal. Ik vind het leuk om na een drukke dag even bij te praten, maar respecteer ook ieders behoefte aan ruimte. Ik sta open voor anderen en denk graag mee wanneer dat nodig is. In huisgenoten zoek ik mensen die net als ik rustig, schoon en gezellig zijn.

I ride a roadbike, run a lot, and love playing volleyball or beach volleyball with friends. Besides sports, I enjoy spending time with friends, relaxing in the evenings with a few beers and card games, or cooking together with others. I would describe myself as open-minded and someone who enjoys meeting new people. I also make sure the apartment stays neat and clean so that everyone feels comfortable and at home.
