I've lived in shared apartments for 8 years, so I know what makes it work: mutual respect, clear boundaries, being there for each other, and keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable. As a housemate and tenant, I’m calm, tidy, respectful, and easy to communicate with. I like keeping the place clean and I’m mindful of noise and other people’s space. I usually go to bed around midnight. I also have some basic home maintenance experience, so I’m comfortable taking care of small practical things when needed.
