Beste verhuurder, Na een aantal jaar met 2 werkende vrienden te hebben mogen gewoond, ben ik nu op zoek naar een plek voor mezelf. Om mijzelf op persoonlijk en professioneel vlak te kunnen ontwikkelen, ben ik nu op zoek naar een plek voor rust, privacy en ruimte. Na twee jaar te hebben gewerkt, merk ik dat het tijd is voor een volgende stap: een eigen plek met meer privacy, rust en structuur, waar ik gericht kan werken aan mijn toekomstplannen op de lange termijn. Ik zoek een woning voor langere tijd, geen tussenstation. Ik werk als Partner Growth Manager voor Nederland en Belgie voor Treatwell, waar ik al een aantal jaar in dienst ben met een vast contract. Ter onderbouwing van mijn betrouwbaarheid als huurder beschik ik over een werkgeversverklaring, een verhuurdersverklaring en een inkomensverklaring. Ik zoek alleen, zonder partner of huisgenoten, en ben niet-rokend zonder huisdieren. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik graag actief buiten: ik sport, fiets en hardloop veel, en zeil met plezier. Mijn naam is Yindee, ik ben 20 jaar en zal per 1 september IBA studeren aan de VU. Ik ben een nette en verantwoordelijke student die op zoek is naar een fijne woonplek in Adam. Ik ben al behoorlijk zelfstandig. Thuis woon ik alleen met mijn moeder, dus betaal ik kostgeld, draag ik bij aan het huishouden en kook ik regelmatig voor ons beiden. Onze voorkeur gaat naar een woning in regio Den Haag, Leiden en omstreken, maar we staan open voor andere opties zoals regio Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht. Outside work I'm at the gym a few times a week and I walk a lot; it's how I get away from a screen. The rest of my free time mostly goes into programming , I'm usually building something, learning a new tool, or taking a system apart to see how it works. As a housemate I'm tidy, self-sufficient and easy to live alongside. I cook properly, clean up after myself, and I'm not someone who fills the house with people. I like coming home to a calm place at the end of the day. I'm not a student, which in practice means a steady income, a predictable weekday routine, and no plans to move out at the end of a semester.
