My name is Anastasija, and I am 22 years old and just-graduated Master's student from Tilburg University. As I currently live in a student housing, I am looking for a new place to reside in starting from the beginning of September. I would be very happy to be a potential new tenant for this property! I have lived in two separate properties during my studies, and in both cases I have left the places in good conditions and have left a good impression! I am a very neat and orderly tenant who mostly does arts and crafts, draws or reads. I like to think of myself as a very non-conflicting, flexible and approachable person. At the moment, I am employed in “Loetje Tilburg” restaurant - a catering job in the center. This is my main source of income which would cover the rent. However, to ensure that there are no delays in payments, I have a guarantor – my father, - who is an ICT cunsultant working from Riga, Lativa, and who can secure all the payments if needed. For the past five years I've built and run the quality systems behind medical devices , most recently as senior QA officer on an autonomous medical robot, and now as quality and risk lead at Niavicta, where I'm also co-founder. I have an M.A. in International Management, with a thesis on the adoption of autonomous medical devices that was graded with distinction, and a B.Sc. in Physiology and Psychology, cum laude. I'm originally from South Africa, where I worked in medical device regulation before moving to the Netherlands in 2023. I've been in Utrecht since then, so this would be a local move rather than a fresh start, I know the area and I'm settled here. Outside work I'm at the gym a few times a week and I walk a lot; it's how I get away from a screen. The rest of my free time mostly goes into programming , I'm usually building something, learning a new tool, or taking a system apart to see how it works. As a housemate I'm tidy, self-sufficient and easy to live alongside. I cook properly, clean up after myself, and I'm not someone who fills the house with people. I like coming home to a calm place at the end of the day. I'm not a student, which in practice means a steady income, a predictable weekday routine, and no plans to move out at the end of a semester.
