Wij zoeken samen een comfortabele woning om daar 2 jaar of langer te wonen. Wij beschikken over een stabiel gezamenlijk bruto maandinkomen van circa €4.000. Wij ontvangen beiden studiefinanciering van DUO, en een vaste ouderbijdragen. Ik werk parttime in de horeca en mijn partner is een privé pianodocent. Indien gewenst kunnen onze ouders garant staan. Fayro richt zich voornamelijk op muziek, studie en het geven van pianolessen, terwijl ik graag sport, kook en mij verder ontwikkel in de Nederlandse taal. Fayro speelt op een elektrische piano dus er is geen geluidoverlast voor de buren. Wij zijn nette, verantwoordelijke huurders en hebben tijdens onze huurperiode in Maastricht altijd een goede relatie met onze verhuurders gehad. Onze huurverplichtingen zijn steeds stipt nagekomen en wij zijn zorgvuldig met de woning omgegaan.
