Hallo! Wij zijn Lucia en Giulia, een stel van 21 en 22 jaar oud. Momenteel wonen wij in De Bilt, waar we het afgelopen jaar al met veel plezier een woning hebben gedeeld. Giulia rondt op dit moment haar master in juridisch onderzoek af. Ze werkt als onderzoeksassistent aan de Universiteit Utrecht voor de Nederlands-Italiaanse ondernemersvereniging en is daarnaast werkzaam bij de Albert Heijn. Lucia rondt haar dubbele bachelor in natuurkunde, sterrenkunde en wiskunde af, waarna ze in september start met een master in theoretische natuurkunde en vastestoffysica. Naast haar studie werkt zij als onderwijsassistent aan de Universiteit Utrecht en bij de Plus in Bilthoven. Samen hebben wij een maandelijks inkomen van ongeveer € 2.500. Als huurders zijn wij verantwoordelijk, rustig en respectvol, wat wordt ondersteund door onze bewezen staat van dienst als samenwonend koppel. We zijn erg flexibel en kunnen op elk gewenst moment verhuizen naar een nieuwe plek. My dogs are Shetland Sheepdogs (medium-sized), both under 10 kg. I am a professional dog groomer and dog trainer, and my dogs are very well-trained. They do not chew furniture or damage the property. After walks, I always clean them properly before bringing them inside. I’ll wash them every two weeks to keep them clean. Once my freelance visa is approved, I will be working as a groomer five days a week. I plan to work at a salon where I can bring my dogs with me, so they will not be left alone at home. I do not smoke and I do not drink alcohol. I am a responsible and reliable tenant. I lived in the UK and Australia for a year each so I’ve used to live in abroad. I take off my shoes when entering the home and always keep the place clean and well-maintained. I will arrive in the Netherlands on July 17, but I am able to start paying rent immediately if needed.
