Omdat mijn onderbuurman binnen nu en 6 maanden gaat verhuizen en blijkbaar niet het pand gaat overkopen, wil de huurbaas een grote renovatie doen. Hij heeft gevraagd om alvast iets anders te zoeken. Ik ben een rustig persoon en een echte huismus. Ik zoek een appartement of studio van +30m2 of een kamer met prive toilet/douche🙏 Momenteel werk ik in een boekenwinkel, 4 dagen per week. Ondanks dat ik net niet 3x de kale huur bruto verdien, weet ik dat ik het kan betalen. Ik ben heel zuinig opgevoed en ik ben erg goed met geld.
