Alongside my studies, I will be working and interning at a local design studio. My rent will be fully backed by two financial guarantors, and I can provide all necessary proof of income, guarantor statements, and documentation right away. I am a clean, quiet, respectful, and non-smoking tenant who will take excellent care of your property.

I am Japanese recent graduate from Leiden University. My expected salary is 2000 euro. I have a sufficient money in Dutch bank account. I am very clean and organized person.
