Hi, my name is Paul and I'm moving to the Netherlands to pursue my Master's in Design for Interaction at TU Delft – a dream I've been working towards for a long time. I'm originally from Germany, studied and worked in Design in Weimar, and I'm someone who genuinely loves shared living. I've lived in shared apartments for 5 years, so I know what makes it work: mutual respect, clear boundaries, being there for each other, and keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable. Living together well is something I take seriously – and enjoy. Outside of studies I love cycling, hiking, sitting in cafés, and exploring new places. I'm looking forward to building a real home, not just a temporary stay. What I bring along: a great vinyl/CD collection, useful household appliances, and furniture for shared spaces if needed. Hello! I am a prospective student at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen starting September, and I'm looking for a room to rent for the duration of my studies. I will be studying international relations, which is a subject I'm very passionate about! To pursue this, I am looking for accomodation starting this summer or fall. I've lived in flatshares for most of my previous studies, so I'm well-accustomed to living with others! I've also lived in a lot of different countries before - Germany, France, Canada, Mexico, India and Japan for example. I love getting to know new countries, new people and overall, cultural exchange and openness are very important to me when living abroad, especially towards the host country. As a roommate, I value exchange, respect and cleanliness in my sleeping area. I believe communication on how to live together comfortably is key. Is there a cleaning plan, or not? Do we value spending time together, or more of a private living arrangement? Beyond that, I have a dust allergy, so I keep my room very clean. Financially, I have always been a very reliable tenant. In between, I lived in Copenhagen for a while and travelled through South America. I really love small creative projects and trying out new things building stuff, photography, cooking, drawing, random ideas that somehow become real. I spend a lot of time outside, like running or just walking around cities for way too long, and I’m always happy about shared dinners, kitchen conversations or little flat traditions. Ik heb mijn VWO examens op het Comenius in Hilversum net afgerond. Ik woon in Nederhorst den Berg en heb een bijbaan bij de AH. Dat geld besteed ik vooral aan mijn schakelbrommer en aan leuke dingen doen met mijn vrienden.
