I have earlier lived in Den Haag for 4 years (2020-2024) and am well aware of the rules and regulations of renting a house in The Netherlands. I am looking for an apartment for long term ie. 1-2 years. I am also willing to pay a few months rent in advance for the apartment. Thanks.
