Mijn naam is Denys, ik ben 32 jaar oud en ik woon en werk in Groningen. Ik ben op zoek naar een fijne, zelfstandige studio/appartement of een rustige kamer (bij voorkeur met werkende huisgenoten of PhD-studenten) voor de langere termijn. В dagelijks leven werk ik fulltime (40 uur per week) in loondienst in de logistieke sector. Daarnaast ben ik erg actief in de creatieve sector als freelancer in fotografie en video. Vanwege mijn fulltime baan en mijn passie voor beeldcreatie ben ik doordeweeks vaak druk bezig en waardeer ik een rustige, schone en ontspannen sfeer in huis. Als huisgenoot ben ik zelfstandig, netjes en verantwoordelijk. Ik heb ruime woonervaring en weet hoe belangrijk het is om gedeelde ruimtes schoon te houden en respectvol met elkaar om te gaan.
