Hi, I am Carlotta (22) from Cologne. I am glad to be an Erasmus student at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam for the autumn semester, from august 30 until december 18th. I am looking for a friendly, also minimalistic room - best in Centrum / Jordaan or Oud-West. As I will keep my flat in Cologne I will only travel with a suitcase and my instrument (trombone) and of course I won't play the trombone in my room. There are rehearsal rooms in the Conservatorium. Our familiy dog lives with my parents (who pay my rent) in Stuttgart. I am a friendly and considerate person who takes great care of everything in my surroundings. I love a tidy home, but am also used to living in a shared flat. I'd really enjoy living in a shared flat with nice people where sometimes we might cook together or spend time together in the evenings. I love cooking, especially vegetarian meals. In general I am very interested in cultural activities. November last year I went to Amsterdam for visiting the Julian Lage concert in the Concertgebouw. I also visited the Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh Museum and I am really looking forward to spending four months in Amsterdam.

Mijn naam is Tristan Schaake, ik ben 19 jaar en een Nederlands-Thaise student die Elektrotechniek aan de Technische Universiteit Eindhoven (TU/e) studeert. Momenteel rond ik mijn eerste studiejaar af en voor mijn tweede jaar ben ik op zoek naar een gezellig en meer permanente woonplek. Ik zoek een kamer (minimaal 16 m²) of studio binnen ongeveer 15–20 minuten fietsen van de universiteit, met een huurprijs tot €1000. Ik sta open voor het delen van faciliteiten met maximaal 3 huisgenoten. Naast mijn studie ben ik actief en sociaal ingesteld. Ik sport regelmatig (taekwondo en zwemmen bij het Studentensportcentrum) en ben recent begonnen met bachata lessen. Ook vind ik het leuk om af en toe bordspellen te spelen of gewoon gezellig te praten met huisgenoten. Ik ben niet echt een feestganger, maar ik waardeer een gezellige en open sfeer in huis. Ik ben een nette en rustige student, rook niet, drink geen alcohol en heb geen huisdieren. Doordeweeks ben ik vaak op de universiteit te vinden om te studeren. In het weekend bezoek ik meestal mijn oma in Gennep, en tijdens vakanties ga ik soms naar familie in Thailand. Voor huur en borg staat mijn vader garant. Idealiter zoek ik een plek waar ik minimaal 12 maanden kan blijven, zodat ik een stabiele basis heb voor mijn studie.
