On weekdays, I keep a calm and predictable routine: I split my week between the office (2–3 days) and WFH, hit the gym after work, cook dinner, and am usually in bed by 10:30 PM. I’m very tidy, proactive about keeping shared spaces clean, and financially reliable (permanent contract, happy to provide proof of income/deposit upfront). I respect everyone’s personal downtime, but I’d love a flat where we can grab a drink, cook together, or hang out on weekends.
