Hello, I am Ismael, from Portugal, living and working in Enschede for almost five years now. My studies background is in Multimedia Arts and am interested in other various subjects as well. Currently looking for a new room/studio in Enschede, with a private sink, preferably in a tranquil area, long-term stay (in principle, at least two years). BRP (Basisregistratie Personen) is a must. Although I am an easy-going and social person, I balance it out with my private time while respecting others'. A place without regular parties would be ideal. I started my agency during my degree and now run it full time, registered with the KvK under number 97994723. I work from home most days, so a quiet place matters to me. I've lived in Amsterdam for three years. I'm looking for a studio or one-bedroom flat, ideally in Amsterdam or Amstelveen, and I need to be able to register at the address with the gemeente. On the practical side: my mother acts as guarantor and her income is well over four times the rent. I can provide her contract, payslips and ID, along with my own KvK registration and bank statements. I can pay several months of rent upfront on signing if that helps. I don't smoke, I have no pets, and I don't throw parties. I train five or six days a week and my evenings are usually the gym and work. I look after a place properly and I pay on time. I'm available immediately and flexible on viewings, including evenings and weekends at short notice.
