Hoi hoi, ik ben mara. Ik ben 18 jaar oud en ik studeer voeding en diëtetiek aan de han. Mensen om mij heen, zeggen dat ik heel sociaal, zorgzaam en georganiseerd ben. Ik hou heel erg van gezelligheid en een feestje, maar vind af en toe een momentje voor mezelf of een avondje op de bank ook heerlijk! Mijn naam is Maryna en ik ben een eerstejaars internationale studente aan de Fontys Hogeschool, waar ik de opleiding HBO-ICT volg. Mijn contract bij The Social Hub Eindhoven loopt af op 25 augustus, daarom ben ik op zoek naar een woonruimte voor minimaal drie jaar. We hebben allebei garantstellers met een stabiel inkomen en alle benodigde documenten voor een langdurig verblijf in Nederland. Daarnaast zijn we actief op zoek naar een baan om het inkomen nog verder te verhogen. Mijn familie zorgt voor financiële stabiliteit en ik heb een Nederlandse bankrekening, net als mijn partner. Hij krijgt ook steun van zijn familie. Inclusief al het geld dat we van onze borgstellers ontvangen, hebben we 4.000 euro per maand. We zijn allebei rustige mensen die niet van luidruchtige feestjes houden en graag een schoon huis hebben. We hebben geen huisdieren, roken niet en drinken niet. We leiden een gezonde levensstijl en zijn actieve leden van de studentengemeenschap op onze universiteit. We zouden betrouwbare huurders zijn omdat we de ruimte altijd schoonhouden, anderen niet storen, betrouwbare inkomstenbronnen hebben en altijd goed bereikbaar zijn. Bij de Social Hub ben ik verantwoordelijk voor de keuken op mijn verdieping die door 9 huurders wordt gedeeld, zonder klachten tijdens mijn verblijf.

Ik ben Yeabtsega en ik zit momenteel in mijn laatste bachelorjaar in het conservatorium van Brussel. Ik studeer klassieke uitvoerende muziek, op tuba. Mijn voorstudies: Ik ben begonnen op trompet toen ik in het middelbaar zat en moest dan omschakelen naar tuba, door een beugel. Die omschakeling was pittig, maar daar door heb ik wel doorzettingsvermogen gecreëerd. […] In mijn vrije tijd zit ik in mijn vijfde en ook wel laatste jaar op de scouts, waar ik leiding geef aan verschillende leeftijden. Ik help graag mensen. Ik ben heel benieuwd en gemotiveerd om te leren hoe ik mensen kan helpen met muzikale interactie. Door mijn muzikale achtergrond helpt het me op een goede basis te vormen in muziek. Ik sta graag op het podium, waar ik mijn muziek door emoties kan brengen. Maar het liefst zou ik dit gerichter en persoonlijker willen doen. De opleiding muziektherapie in Enschede spreekt mij aan vanwege het een conservatorium is. Het muzikale gedeelte is even belangrijk als de therapie. Goedendag, Ik ben deeltijd PhD-student aan de Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, bij de faculteit filosofie. Ik heb een dubbele nationaliteit, Duits en Zuid-Afrikaans, en woon al ongeveer twee jaar in Gouda (Zuid-Holland). Daarvoor heb ik in Brussel (ongeveer 7 jaar) en in Berlijn (ongeveer 1,5 jaar) gestudeerd en gewerkt. Gouda bevalt me goed, het was perfect om mijn proefschrift te schrijven, maar de verhuurder verkoopt het huis en ik moet dus vóór augustus van dit jaar verhuizen. I like to have meaningful conversations, and enjoy the occasional social event. Overall, however, I prefer a quieter peaceful environment. Currently I’m working on ‘The End of History’ hypothesis, and the ‘Dialectic of Enlightenment’. Would be happy to send a link to a book I published. Please feel free to ask any questions.
