Hello, My name is Francesco, I come from the city of Genoa, Italy, and in February I started my studies at HAN UAS and I am currently searching for accommodation. Ik ben op zoek naar een rustige en comfortabele plek om te wonen, waar ik zowel kan studeren als mijn vrije tijd kan doorbrengen. Ik ben een nette en rustige huurder die rekening houdt met de leefruimte en het (eventueel) gezamenlijke gebruik van voorzieningen. Daarnaast vind ik het belangrijk om een goede sfeer met medebewoners te onderhouden. Ik ben sociaal ingesteld, maar waardeer ook mijn privacy en een ontspannen leefomgeving. Hey! Ik ben Simone, 18 jaar, en ik ga vanaf september Marine Sciences studeren in Wageningen. Na een tussenjaar vol reizen (Azië & Australië!), duiken, surfen en werken heb ik superveel zin om met het studentenleven te beginnen. Mijn oudste zus studeert in Delft en ik ga graag met haar mee stappen, dus ik kijk ernaar uit om ook in Wageningen een gezellige groep mensen om me heen te hebben. Thuis is het altijd lekker druk – ik ben eeneiige tweeling en heb nog een broer en zus – dus samenwonen ben ik wel gewend. Ik hou van gezelligheid in huis: samen eten, kletsen, een spelletje of een biertje, maar vind het ook chill om af en toe gewoon mijn eigen ding te doen. Daarnaast ben ik graag actief bezig: hardlopen, boulderen, tennissen... altijd in voor iets sportiefs. Qua werkervaring heb ik van alles gedaan: gewerkt op een boerderij (shovel rijden & koeien melken, echt leuk 🚜), als serveerster in een snackbar, in de keuken bij Van der Valk, als windsurfinstructeur… Ik pak dingen graag aan en vind het gezellig om samen te koken (kan ik best goed 😋), maar ik vind samen een film kijken op de bank ook helemaal leuk. Ik ben geboren in Londen en heb tweetalig VWO gedaan, dus als er huisgenoten zijn die geen Nederlands spreken, is dat voor mij geen enkel probleem. Wij zijn een groep van 3 master studenten aan de TU Delft (Olivier, Sem, Max). die een geschikt huurhuis zoeken waarin we het einde van onze studie en het begin van ons professionele leven kunnen starten. Wij zijn nog student dus we hebben geen vast inkomen, naast baantjes die ieder van ons naast de studie heeft. Echter hebben we ieder iemand die voor ons garant staat en zijn we dus financieel gedekt. Verdere informatie over ons (ID, huurdersveklaring, BRP etc) hebben we paraat en kunnen snel leveren, indien van toepassing. We zijn in ieder geval erg enthousiast over het beginnen van een nieuwe fase in ons leven en hopelijk kunt u ons daarbij helpen!
