Mijn naam is Arend, ik ben 32 jaar en werk als drumdocent en muzikant met een stabiel inkomen in en rondom Utrecht. Omdat ik al veel muziek maak in mijn werk, hecht ik thuis juist aan rust en zal ik in de woning niet drummen. Door de aanstaande verkoop van mijn huidige huurwoning ben ik op korte termijn op zoek naar een nieuwe woonplek.
