Hi everyone! My name is Krzysztof, I'm 19 years old and I'm moving from Poland to Nijmegen this August to start my Bachelor’s in Artificial Intelligence at Radboud University. I’m a calm, organized person who truly values his alone time and privacy to recharge, clear my head, and focus on my studies. I'm definitely not a non-stop party animal, but I do enjoy a good balance! Once every while, I love to head out for a casual weekend walk around town, grab a kebab, or share a beer and a good laugh with friends/housemates. In my free time, I’m a big tech enthusiast (currently into low-level programming in Rust) and a passionate long-distance cyclist. Back in Poland, I regularly did 50-70 km trips, and my dream is to bike all the way from Nijmegen to Amsterdam or The Hague someday. As for my music and media taste... let's just say it's a beautiful chaos. My playlist goes from 80s and 2000s rock (The Police, REM, TOTO, Nickelback) through metal (Linkin Park, Bad Omens) straight to 2010s pop (Rihanna, One Direction), K-pop, and even Disney's soundtracks. I'm also always down for a good TV series or K-drama. I am a non-smoker, have no pets, and I always keep my shared spaces clean and tidy. I'm 24 years old and I'm a jazz musician, and this year I'll be studying at Codarts on an Erasmus program ☺️ To give a little context about who I am and where I come from: I'm from Spain and I've been a musician for more than ten years. Throughout my life, I've learned to play a few instruments (saxophone, piano, flute, bass, etc.), but my favorite is definitely the saxophone. I'm currently studying in Valencia, but I'm from a nearby city called Castellón (small and pretty), where you can be at the beach in 20 minutes by bike and where it seems like it's almost always spring. I am passionate about art, and I love making plans that have to do with it (visiting museums, seeing concerts, painting, designing... basically anything). I enjoy nature and making plans for the outdoors, I love animas, meeting new people, going out, going to the gym, going to a bar for a drink, among other things. But most of the time I like to be by myself at home. I love having time for myself, and probably my favorite thing in the world is to stay at home with a blanket and read, watch a movie, listen to music, or just relax. That's why I think it's very important to have a quiet and healthy living enviroment. And finally, I consider myself a very tidy and clean person who is easy to live with. I am very excited about this opportunity to live in Rotterdam and meet new people. ☺️🧡
