Hoi! Ik ben Thijmen, 23 jaar en heb gestudeerd in Groningen, waar ik een geweldige studententijd heb gehad. Ik heb inmiddels mijn bachelor Biologie en mijn master Energy & Environmental Sciences gehaald, maar ik ben nog niet helemaal uitgestudeerd. Vandaar dat ik heb besloten nog en master in Public Administration aan de UTwente te doen en zoek ik een fijne plek om te wonen in Enschede. Ik vind het ontzettend gezellig om samen met huisgenoten te eten, een drankje te doen, een goed bordspel te spelen of gewoon even op de bank te hangen. Tegelijkertijd vind ik het ook helemaal prima als iedereen lekker zijn eigen gang gaat en waardeer ik mijn persoonlijke ruimte als ik even rustig aan wil doen. In mijn vrije tijd vermaak ik me altijd wel. Ik speel graag wat op mijn gitaar, hou op m'n tijd van wat gamen en ga regelmatig een rondje hardlopen (met als doel de halve marathon). Daarnaast ben ik nu nog elk weekend actief als leiding bij een scoutingvereniging in Groningen. Zodra ik in Enschede gesetteld ben, ben ik zeker van plan om daar in de buurt ook weer zoiets op te pakken. Ook ben ik graag met mijn vrienden. We plannen regelmatig speciaalbier avondjes, een whiskey proeverij of een leuke, actieve activiteit, zoals padellen. Ai, een titel voor een advertentie over mijzelf bedenkend dat is niet mijn sterkste kant. Mijn naam is Michelle en zoals je kon lezen zijn eigenschappen die mij kenmerken: enthousiast, perfectionistisch en gedreven. Die eigenschappen komen terug in mijn hobby's: toneelspelen, regisseren, wandelingetjes in de zon óf de regen, muziek maken en zelfs in de vrolijke latte art waar ik hard mijn best op doe tijdens mijn bijbaan als barista. Ik studeer Dramatherapie aan De HAN in Nijmegen en komend jaar start ik met een stage in Enschede, daarom ben ik opzoek naar een plekje dat ik een beetje als thuis kan laten voelen.
