Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (23 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen. Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik zo spoedig mogelijk een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad. Ik zoek een nieuwe woonplek die ik helemaal mijn eigen plekje kan maken! Verder ben ik van plan om voor een langere periode te huren. Met vriendelijke groet, Jing Mei

hello my name is Lauri, I am 19 years old and I am from Slovakia. In September I will be starting my studies at Radboud University in Nijmegen. I'll be studying English language and culture and I plan to focus on my studies while I explore my surroundings and meet new people, I also have working experience and plan on working part-time besides my studies. In my free time I really enjoy photography, design, staying in and watching movies, shows, or reading books. I enjoy social outings but I also appreciate some quiet time for myself. I am looking for a comfortable room where I can settle down for at least a few months (If more is possible that is great, but if not that is okay too) until I get to know the city and people around me. I do not smoke and I do not have any pets either. For the past four years, since I was 15, I was attending a Secondary vocational school in Slovakia and because of that I have been living in a dormitory most of the time. Thanks to this I am already used to sharing bathrooms, kitchens or livingrooms with other people. I am respectful of others and their personal space. I am a tidy considerate person and enjoy sorting through/ cleaning my stuff as some sort of outlet.
