Hey there! I’m Ivio, 21, and I'm Italian-born Chinese, currently living in Genoa, Italy. I'll be starting my Master's in System and Controls at TU Delft this Fall. I’m tidy, quiet when needed, social when welcomed, and respectful of everyone’s space. I enjoy having my own space but I also appreciate a bit of shared time now and then, like cooking a meal or chatting over coffee. I don’t smoke and I’m responsible with bills and chores. Outside of university, I’m into reading, cooking, and sports (especially F1!). I enjoy walking around without a particular destination, playing video games, and watching films and TV series (always up for a new binge!). I like to relax at home but also enjoy discovering new spots in the city. I’m always up for a relaxed dinner or movie night.

Hi! I'm Yannick, 21 years (I'll be 22 by the time I'm moving) old and originally from Thuringia, Germany. I just finished my Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce and will start my Master’s at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences (RUAS) in September. Until then, I’m working and preparing for the move – including improving my Dutch! I’m looking for a furnished (or partly furnished) studio, apartment or a room in a shared flat in Rotterdam, Vlaardingen, Schiedam or Capelle aan den IJssel. My budget is around €800/month (including bills), and ideally I’d like to move in sometime in August (July is also possible). As a roommate or tenant, I’m respectful, calm and tidy. I enjoy a clean and relaxed environment but I’m also open and social when the moment calls for it. I don’t smoke and I’m easygoing when it comes to food – just not a fan of mushrooms 😉. Outside of work and uni, I stay active: I’ve been playing football since I was a kid, I go to the gym, run regularly and love to cook for friends and family. On weekends I’m always up for social events or a good party, but I balance that with a healthy and active lifestyle. I plan to stay in Rotterdam for at least the full duration of my Master’s (1 year, possibly longer). I’m excited to find a welcoming place to call home – and I’m happy to contribute to a positive living environment!

Hoi! Ik ben rustig, goedlachs en geniet van buiten zijn. In het kader van gedeeltelijk thuiswerken maar vooral om m'n kont te kunnen keren, zie ik het erg zitten om mijn kamer van 8m2 te verlaten. Bovendien ben ik op zoek naar een (semi-)werkend huis. Ik ga in mei werken bij Stichting Kinderoncologie in het Prinses Máxima Centrum omdat ik net mijn masterdiploma Biomedische Wetenschappen heb behaald. Utrecht is nu vijf jaar mijn thuis. Eigenlijk al m'n vrienden wonen in de buurt, wat ik heel fijn vind en waardoor m'n avonden lekker gevuld zijn. Verder maak ik fanatiek gebruik van mijn Indiestadpas om nieuwe artiesten te ontdekken en sport ik graag bij Olympos. Zo nu en dan probeer ik een nieuw recept uit en lach ik mezelf vol uit als blijkt dat ik daar een deegroller voor nodig had. Ach, een thermosfles komt aardig in de buurt. We doen het ermee!
