Beste verhuurder, Mijn naam is Yusuf. Ik ben 19 jaar oud en woon momenteel in Almere. Op dit moment studeer ik in Amsterdam, maar mijn huidige woonsituatie ging niet goed omdat ik student ben en woon bij mijn vriend de woning is alleen een woon kamer en een slaapkamer. Daarom ben ik op zoek naar een nieuwe, stabiele woonplek waar ik mij volledig kan richten op mijn studie en toekomst. Ik ben een vriendelijke, rustige en respectvolle jongeman die goed met mensen kan omgaan. Ik ben niet rookt, drink niet en heb geen enkele vorm van verslaving. Ik leef graag netjes, houd van een schone woonruimte en respecteer altijd de huisregels. Sinds 2023 woon ik in Nederland en in deze periode heb ik mij zowel persoonlijk als professioneel sterk ontwikkeld. Ik spreek goed Nederlands en Engels en ik heb ervaring opgedaan in verschillende sectoren, waaronder: • Schoonmaak (CSU Amsterdam) – nauwkeurig, verantwoordelijk en zelfstandig werken • Foodrunner/Afwasser (Rosita’s Almere ) – klantgericht, stressbestendig en betrouwbaar • Afwasser/Horeca – samenwerken, tempo houden en overzicht bewaren Daarnaast heb ik opleidingen gevolgd in de logistieke en technische richting: • Logistiek medewerker MBO niveau 2 – ROC Amsterdam (2025 – heden) • Elektrotechniek niveau 1 – diploma behaald Naast mijn studie werk ik parttime, wat ervoor zorgt dat ik mijn huur altijd op tijd kan betalen. Ik ontvang bovendien studiefinanciering, waardoor mijn financiële situatie stabiel en overzichtelijk is. Ik ben een harde werker die elke taak serieus neemt en altijd gemotiveerd is om zich verder te verbeteren. Sport speelt een belangrijke rol in mijn leven; ik hou van fitness, voetbal en actief bezig zijn. Ik geloof dat een gezonde levensstijl helpt om verantwoordelijk en gedisciplineerd te blijven — zowel thuis als op het werk en school. Mijn grote toekomstwens is om de opleiding Luchthavenbeveiliger MBO te volgen. In Amsterdam. Daarom ben ik specifiek op zoek naar een rustige studentenkamer of studio die is mijn eigen woning is plek waar ik mij volledig op mijn opleiding en mijn ontwikkeling kan richten.
