While we are not currently employed in the Netherlands, we have stable rental income from property in Seoul and approximately €24,000 in savings based on the current exchange rate. We are mature, quiet, tidy, punctual, and non-smoking tenants with excellent references from our current landlord. I have a valid visa & residence permit, a business registered with the KvK, a growing network of Dutch friends and a sense of community, having previously spent extended stays in the NL twice in two years. I know every trail, every neighborhood, farm and public transport access from Bussum, Huizen and Blaricum to Laren and Hilversum.
