Hi! My name is Caterina, I’m 22 years old and I’m from Italy. I moved to the Netherlands about a month ago to start a Master’s degree at Utrecht University. I would describe myself as a cheerful, easy-going and open-minded person. I really enjoy spending time with others, for example cooking, dinners, or playing board games, but I also value my own space and I’m very independent. Sometimes I also like going to the gym or doing some physical activity! At the moment I’m temporarily living with a host family in Nieuwegein, but I would really love to move closer to Utrecht, both for convenience with the university and because I’ve always dreamed of living in a student house. Tijdens de vier jaar dat ik in Nijmegen heb gehuurd, heb ik altijd aan mijn verplichtingen voldaan en prettig samengewoond met huisgenoten. En heb altijd erg fijn contact gehad met mijn voormalige huurbazen. Ik beschouw mezelf als een respectvolle en betrouwbare huurder. Ik ga zorgvuldig om met mijn woonruimte, communiceer duidelijk en neem mijn huurverplichtingen serieus. Ik kom graag langs voor een bezichtiging en verstrek de gewenste aanvullende informatie.

Hoi! Ik ben Thijmen, 23 jaar en heb gestudeerd in Groningen, waar ik een geweldige studententijd heb gehad. Ik heb inmiddels mijn bachelor Biologie en mijn master Energy & Environmental Sciences gehaald, maar ik ben nog niet helemaal uitgestudeerd. Vandaar dat ik heb besloten nog en master in Public Administration aan de UTwente te doen en zoek ik een fijne plek om te wonen in Enschede. Ik vind het ontzettend gezellig om samen met huisgenoten te eten, een drankje te doen, een goed bordspel te spelen of gewoon even op de bank te hangen. Tegelijkertijd vind ik het ook helemaal prima als iedereen lekker zijn eigen gang gaat en waardeer ik mijn persoonlijke ruimte als ik even rustig aan wil doen. In mijn vrije tijd vermaak ik me altijd wel. Ik speel graag wat op mijn gitaar, hou op m'n tijd van wat gamen en ga regelmatig een rondje hardlopen (met als doel de halve marathon).
