Een echte waterliefhebber dus, maar ook iemand die altijd zin heeft om een rondje te hardlopen of te fietsen! Ik ben verder altijd in voor een avondje gezelligheid, een feestje of simpelweg een praatje bij het ontbijt, en ik zoek dan ook vooral gezelligheid en een hechte “huisfamilie” op de plek waar ik kom te wonen! Daar wil ik zelf ook graag aan bijdragen! Ik ben verder een opgeruimd persoon en help natuurlijk ook met de huistaken.

Hello. I have been working at TU/e since 2 years as an ICT Developer where I hold I permenant contract. I am commuting from Engelen, Den Bosch to my work. It is not so convenient for me to cycle 1h per day to the train station and back anymore. Therefore I would like to live close to the city center. I’m 29 years old, originally from Germany, and I’ve been living in Amsterdam since October 1st, so I’m still a bit of a newbie here. 😊 I came to Amsterdam for a 10-month traineeship (with the possibility of extension) at the European Medicines Agency, where I work on sustainability topics in the pharmaceutical area, focusing on the environmental impact of pharmaceutical residues, and I really enjoy the projects I’ve been involved in so far. At the moment, I’m looking for a new place to live because my current rental contract ends next month, and I’m hoping to find a place where I can feel at home again. In my free time, I enjoy a mix of sports and creative activities. I take part in Capoeira Fusion classes, artists jams, and gardening projects. I also regularly enjoy running, hiking, and spending time in nature. Occasionally, I like to travel with my converted camper van. One of my goals for this year is to get involved in a volunteering project focused on climate justice. I would describe myself as a social, easy-going, and relaxed person. I have experience living in shared apartments and alternative housing projects. I enjoy cooking together from time to time (preferably vegetarian or vegan) or doing activities with housemates, while also fully respecting everyone’s personal space.
