I'm a 22-year-old French student starting a 6-month supply chain internship at Danone in Zoetermeer in mid-June. I've already studied in Dublin and Paris and interned in Prague, so adapting to a new city feels natural. I speak French and English fluently, plus some Spanish. I'm calm and easygoing, I love sharing meals and long walks with friends, and at home I make jewellery and crochet. My flight is booked for 13 June.

Hi there! My name is Jason, I am 23 years old and I'll be visiting the University of Amsterdam for an Erasmus semester starting August 31st 2026 till January 31st 2027. I am currently living in Konstanz, Germany. I study sociology in my 4th semester now and I also study political science as my minor subject. I would describe myself as a very vibrant and social but also as a very sensitive person. I love engaging with people and to communicate with them, even if they're strangers to me. As I am a student in my home country I already have a lot of experience in living with roommates and how to coordinate everything with them. It's very important for me that everyone gets along with each other so everyone can feel like they're at home. Furthermore, I am very aware of leaving my working spaces clean, e.g. in the kitchen. My studies start on August 31st. It would be ideal for me to move in mid-August but I'd also be able to pay rent beginning August 1st. Financially I am supported by a lot of "programs". I receive student loans in my home country and will also get it for studying abroad. Furthermore, I also get an Erasmus scholarship for studying in Amsterdam. Personally, I used to work as a mailman for two years so I still got a lot of savings left. Additionally, I'm also supported directly by my parents and some family members would try to help as well if something ever happens. If it comes to interests there is a variety of stuff that I engage in! :) I enjoy doing sports, especially swimming. Also, I am very interested in a lot of cultural stuff like museums and festivals that are characteristic for a certain country or community. I also recently started to be very interested in comedy shows and poetry slam but I'm not too deep about that yet. My dogs are Shetland Sheepdogs (medium-sized), both under 10 kg. I am a professional dog groomer and dog trainer, and my dogs are very well-trained. They do not chew furniture or damage the property. After walks, I always clean them properly before bringing them inside. I’ll wash them every two weeks to keep them clean. Once my freelance visa is approved, I will be working as a groomer five days a week. I plan to work at a salon where I can bring my dogs with me, so they will not be left alone at home. I do not smoke and I do not drink alcohol. I am a responsible and reliable tenant. I lived in the UK and Australia for a year each so I’ve used to live in abroad. I take off my shoes when entering the home and always keep the place clean and well-maintained. I will arrive in the Netherlands on July 17, but I am able to start paying rent immediately if needed. Hi! My name is Emrehan (or Emre could be easier), and I'm currently 25. I'm from Turkey but I've been living in The Netherlands for about three years now. I've been living with my family in South-Limburg ever since I came. I can understand and speak a basic level of Dutch, but I didn't want to be misleading by writing this Bio in Dutch, as most of my daily life is in English. I've been working in a supermarket in hours varying between 24-40 h/w for these last three years. When I move to Nijmegen, I plan to apply to new part-time jobs right away. As of September, I will be starting my Master's in Radboud Uni. I'm pretty happy and excited to get back on track with my aspirations. But the housing situation is also a bit terrifying as I want to have a place where I can anchor now (I don't want to move around for a while anymore :D). Honestly, I am quite sensitive with my boundaries, so I'd prefer a studio (but hey, who doesn't I guess). But we all have to make do with what we have, therefore I can describe myself as someone easy to share tasks with.
