Hello, I am Elsa!! I am a 20 year old first year fine arts student at the royal academy of art in the Hague. I grew up in the south-west of England, with a Dutch mother and a Welsh father and lots of siblings. I spend the majority of my time painting in the studio at school, but in my free time I really enjoy going on long walks in the forest or along the dunes and the occasional seaswim!! I am currently living in a DUWO student house and lived in a flat before that with roommates so I have experience sharing a space with others, and respecting boundaries. I enjoy cleaning (as dull as it sounds) and cooking lots of vegan food :)) I am required to leave my current accommodation before the middle of June. Geachte verhuurder, Per 1 juli ben ik op zoek naar een zelfstandige kamer/studio in omgeving centraal Nederland. Mijn huidige woonruimte komt te vervallen doordat mijn huisgenoot vertrekt(Gaat samenwonen met zijn vriendin) — ik zoek dus een eigen plek met iemand samen of waar ik volledig op mezelf kan wonen. Ik ben werkzaam in de sales, een sector die vraagt om doorzettingsvermogen, communicatieve kracht en betrouwbaarheid — eigenschappen die ik ook als huurder meeneem. Ik ben sociaal van aard, maar weet ook goed wanneer ik rust nodig heb en hoe ik mijn eigen tijd structureer. Thuis laad ik op: met een goed boek over geschiedenis, een avond achter mijn computer of een goede film/serie. Wat u van mij kunt verwachten: een huurder die zijn zaken op orde heeft, zorgvuldig omgaat met zijn woning en geen overlast veroorzaakt. Ik zoek geen tijdelijke oplossing, maar een plek waar ik mij minimaal het komende jaar kan focussen op mijn werk en om de omgeving te leren kennen. Verder heb ik momenteel een auto van de zaak.
