Geachte verhuurder, Per 1 juli ben ik op zoek naar een zelfstandige kamer/studio in omgeving centraal Nederland. Mijn huidige woonruimte komt te vervallen doordat mijn huisgenoot vertrekt(Gaat samenwonen met zijn vriendin) — ik zoek dus een eigen plek met iemand samen of waar ik volledig op mezelf kan wonen. Ik ben werkzaam in de marketing/sales, een sector die vraagt om doorzettingsvermogen, communicatieve kracht en betrouwbaarheid — eigenschappen die ik ook als huurder meeneem. Ik ben sociaal van aard, maar weet ook goed wanneer ik rust nodig heb en hoe ik mijn eigen tijd structureer. Thuis laad ik op: met een goed boek over geschiedenis, een avond achter mijn computer of een goede film/serie. Wat u van mij kunt verwachten: een huurder die zijn zaken op orde heeft, zorgvuldig omgaat met zijn woning en geen overlast veroorzaakt. Ik zoek geen tijdelijke oplossing, maar een plek waar ik mij minimaal het komende jaar kan focussen op mijn werk en om de omgeving te leren kennen. Verder heb ik momenteel een auto van de zaak. Deze moet ik wel kwijt kunnen in de omgeving. Een stukje lopen vind ik niet erg. Ik zou het fijn vinden om kennis te maken en hoop dat we voor 1 juli tot een goede overeenkomst kunnen komen. Hello! I like to think of myself as an adventurer and an explorer - I've spent the past two years travelling around the world! Hoi allemaal, Mijn naam is Tomas, ik ben 20 jaar. Ik ben tweedejaars student Zorg, Gezondheid en Samenleving aan de Universiteit Utrecht. Dit is een interdisciplinaire opleiding waarin Geneeskunde, Diergeneeskunde en Farmacie samenkomen. Ik kom uit Zoetermeer, waar ik mijn hele leven heb gewoond. Door de dagelijkse reistijd van ongeveer anderhalf uur ben ik inmiddels echt toe aan een kamer of studio in Utrecht. Daarnaast ga ik komend studiejaar een bestuursjaar doen, waardoor ik nog vaker in Utrecht zal zijn. Momenteel werk ik in het ziekenhuis in Zoetermeer. Zodra ik een kamer in Utrecht heb gevonden, wil ik graag de overstap maken naar het UMC Utrecht. Ik ben sociaal, rustig en verantwoordelijk. In mijn vrije tijd sport ik graag en probeer ik een paar keer per week naar de sportschool te gaan. Daarnaast vind ik het fijn om af en toe met vrienden af te spreken, naar de bioscoop te gaan of een terrasje te pakken. Ook kan ik goed op mezelf zijn en vind ik het prettig om thuis tot rust te komen. Hi everyone! I'm Lola, 22 years old and from Vienna, Austria. I'll be moving to the Netherlands at the end of August to get my Masters in Crisis and Security Management at Leiden University (The Hague Campus). I'm very excited to be studying "abroad" (or away from home, I guess) again, as I find that experiencing new cultures is one of the best things a young person can do. I'm a huge fan of traveling and I got my Bachelor's degree in the United States, so I think living somewhere different in Europe for my Masters will be a cool change. I'm used to living with people, I've always grown up with siblings and spent the last four years living with 1, 2 and all the way up to 6 people, so I'd say I'm quite adaptable and know how roommate life works. As for my free time, I looove all things food and going out to eat, hanging out with my roommates, reading, going out on the weekends but also having fun nights in. I would describe myself as outgoing, responsible, independent, easygoing, and fun to be around. I'm also a very active person, I've played tennis my whole life and played college sports while in the US but generally enjoy most sports (especially volleyball and football). I don't speak Dutch yet BUT I'll be learning, so for now I hope my German and English (and humble French) will suffice :). Excited to meet you guys!!
