Hello, nice to meet you! My name is Misaki, a 31-year-old woman from Osaka, Japan. I am planning to move to the Netherlands this July with my two dogs under a freelance visa. I will be relocating to the Netherlands and expect a higher income shortly. To provide additional security, I am able to pay up to 6 months of rent in advance and can also provide proof of sufficient savings. And I’m looking for a place where I can live for a year. My dogs are Shetland Sheepdogs (medium-sized), both under 10 kg. I am a professional dog groomer and dog trainer, and my dogs are very well-trained. They do not chew furniture or damage the property. After walks, I always clean them properly before bringing them inside. I’ll wash them every two weeks to keep them clean. Once my freelance visa is approved, I will be working as a groomer five days a week. I plan to work at a salon where I can bring my dogs with me, so they will not be left alone at home. I do not smoke and I do not drink alcohol. I am a responsible and reliable tenant. I lived in the UK and Australia for a year each so I’ve used to live in abroad. I take off my shoes when entering the home and always keep the place clean and well-maintained. I will arrive in the Netherlands on July 17, but I am able to start paying rent immediately if needed. Ik ben Felix (22) en tweedejaars student MediaMusic aan het ArtEZ Conservatorium, waar ik me ontwikkel tot film en mediacomponist. Binnen mijn eigen onderneming schrijf ik muziek voor verschillende projecten, zoals korte films, documentaires en af en toe games. Daarnaast werk ik regelmatig als geluidsman op filmsets, wat zorgt voor een fijne afwisseling. Het is leuk om onder de mensen te zijn en onderdeel uit te maken van een creatief team. Ik bespeel meerdere instrumenten, maar doe dit voornamelijk op school of met een koptelefoon, zodat ik thuis geen overlast veroorzaak. Ik woon inmiddels ruim twee jaar in Gronau en ben op zoek naar een plek dichter bij het centrum. Het lijkt me fijn om spontaner met vrienden af te spreken, samen iets te drinken of gewoon wat meer levendigheid om me heen te hebben. Enschede ken ik inmiddels al goed, maar ik sta er ook voor open om nieuwe plekken te ontdekken. Ook wil ik graag een bijbaan in Enschede vinden, wat een stuk makkelijker wordt als ik dichterbij woon. Naast mijn studie ben ik actief in het ArtEZ-voetbalteam. We spelen misschien in de laagste klasse, maar plezier en teamspirit staan voorop en een gelijkspel voelt soms al als een overwinning. Ook ga ik graag naar de sportschool, en is het als toekomstige huisgenoot altijd mogelijk om gratis mee te gaan op mijn abonnement. Als huisgenoot ben ik rustig, netjes en sociaal. Ik vind het leuk om na een drukke dag even bij te praten, maar respecteer ook ieders behoefte aan ruimte. Ik sta open voor anderen en denk graag mee wanneer dat nodig is. Geachte verhuurder, Per 1 juli ben ik op zoek naar een zelfstandige kamer/studio in omgeving centraal Nederland. Mijn huidige woonruimte komt te vervallen doordat mijn huisgenoot vertrekt(Gaat samenwonen met zijn vriendin) — ik zoek dus een eigen plek met iemand samen of waar ik volledig op mezelf kan wonen. Ik ben werkzaam in de marketing/sales, een sector die vraagt om doorzettingsvermogen, communicatieve kracht en betrouwbaarheid — eigenschappen die ik ook als huurder meeneem. Ik ben sociaal van aard, maar weet ook goed wanneer ik rust nodig heb en hoe ik mijn eigen tijd structureer. Thuis laad ik op: met een goed boek over geschiedenis, een avond achter mijn computer of een goede film/serie. Wat u van mij kunt verwachten: een huurder die zijn zaken op orde heeft, zorgvuldig omgaat met zijn woning en geen overlast veroorzaakt. Ik zoek geen tijdelijke oplossing, maar een plek waar ik mij minimaal het komende jaar kan focussen op mijn werk en om de omgeving te leren kennen. Verder heb ik momenteel een auto van de zaak. Ik ben Floris en ik begin in september met Electrical Engineering. Ik kom uit Eindhoven en zoek dus een kamer. Ik ben een rustige jongen, speel elektrisch gitaar (maar oefenen met een koptelefoon gaat heel goed) en luister graag naar muziek. Ik ben altijd wel bezig met projecten rond elektronica, 3D printen en programmeren, bijvoorbeeld voor verbeterde geluidstechniek op mijn kamer. Ik vind het ook heel leuk om dingen te repareren. Ik lees graag sci-fi, hou van wandelen door de natuur en hard fietsen. Ik heb thuis en bij de scouting een beetje leren koken, het lijkt me leuk om meer te leren.
