Hey hey!  👋 Lovely meeting you here! I am Carmen and if you think I could be a good match as your new roommate, I would love to come by to have a look and chat with you :) But first things first, here's a little bit about myself 👇 Who am I and what do I do? I am Carmen, 29, originally from Austria and currently, I work as Marketing Manager at a Sales company in Houthaven (and loving it!) Initially, I moved here to study, but, eventually, I fell in love with the Netherlands and decided to stay 🤍 Where do I live now and why am I moving? Currently, I live in an apartment in Nieuw-West with one roommate, however, my rental contract was only one year, so now is the time for me to look for a new place I can call home. When am I moving? I am looking for a room from June onward but I am flexible and can also move in sooner! Am I tidy? I am Austrian, I think being organized and tidy is in our DNA 😄 But seriously, I think when sharing your living space it's important to clean up after yourself and just be considerate of one another (and have open communication!) Who else am I bringing? No one! It's just me and my 3 plants (but they are barely hanging on for dear life… so we'll see if they make it) BUT I am always buying fresh flowers (see picture as a reference 🌸) What do I do when I am not working? Generally, I am a quite quiet and relaxed person. Since my job is very demanding, I am usually tired when I get home. However, I am always up for a chat :) Weekends I either spend with friends at a nice brunch spot, go to a museum, the gym, or a nice walk, or just relax with a nice book. Am I a party girl? On a good day, I barely make it to 11.00 pm before I hit the bed 😴 but then again, if you wanna have a glass of wine in the kitchen and talk about life...say less 🍷 Some other things you should know? I don't have any pets, I don't smoke and I would like to rent a room for at least 1 year, but preferably longer if that's possible. Hallo! Mijn naam is Ilse, ik ben 22 jaar oud en ik werk drie dagen in de week als groepsleerkracht in het basisonderwijs. Ondertussen zit ik in de afstudeerfase van mijn opleiding. Ik zoek een zelfstandige woonruimte waar ik tenminste een aantal jaar kan blijven wonen. Ik ben een rustige en enthousiaste jonge vrouw. Ik houd me aan afspraken en ik ben eerlijk en betrouwbaar. Een avond thuis op de bank vind ik heerlijk, maar ik ben ook gek op gezelligheid met mijn vrienden en vriendinnen en nieuwe dingen ontdekken. Ik vind het leuk om te koken, creatief bezig te zijn en veel tijd buiten door te brengen. Een grote passie van mij is reizen en ik wil dan ook graag de wereld verkennen tijdens de schoolvakanties. Een drankje op zijn tijd vind ik gezellig, maar ik veroorzaak zeker geen overlast. Ik rook niet en ik heb geen huisdieren. Hopelijk tot snel!

Ik kom uit een dorp bij Tilburg, maar ben inmiddels bijna een half jaar woonachtig in Nijmegen. Ik woon nu tijdelijk samen met twee andere studenten in een gedeeld appartement bij SSHN. Hierna ben ik weer opzoek naar een plekje in een gezellig huis waarin iedereen ook fijn zijn eigen ding kan doen. Hoihoi, Ik ben Stijn en ik ga aankomende jaar Werktuigbouwkunde opnieuw proberen. Na Werktuigbouwkunde is het plan om Biomedical Engineering te doen om protheses te kunnen maken (als ik statica haal ;-;). Onder mijn hobby's vallen boogschieten, bordspelletjes, koken en uitgaan. Ik drink geen alcohol en ik gebruik ook geen andere drugs maar dat weerhoud me niet om aan de gezelligheid mee te doen. Ik ben over het algemeen erg netjes, niet alleen in woonruimtes maar ook in de omgang. Ik kook vaak en probeer vaak iets nieuws te maken. Indien er een probleem is zal ik dat snel oplossen. Ik ben op zoek naar een kamer van minstens 8 mm^2 in Delft en met een budget van 1000 euro (niet 1000 euro voor 8mm^2 naturlich ).
