Geachte lezer, Mijn naam is Tom 26 jaar oud daarnaast erg enthousiast behulpzaam en positief uiteraard ben ik op zoek naar een nieuwe woning. helaas komt  dit omdat mijn relatie over is. Zelf woon ik bij mijn ouders in heinenoord en mijn ex vriendin in Soest daarom ben ik in utrecht gaan werken dat scheelde veel tijd en kilomters. Nu ik een vastcontract heb en echt geniet van mijn werk zoek ik een woning in utrecht of daar om heen. Ik hebben een vast inkomen (+elke maand komt daarboven op Provisie); ik werk als Ontwerper/vertegenwoordiger bij Hello Kitchen in Utrecht, mijn salaris bedraagt Bruto (zonder vakantie toeslag en zonder provisie) 3075.69 euro Bruto. Ik heb geen huis dieren en ben geen vaste roker al helemaal niet binnen. Ik op zoek naar een woning redelijk dichtbij mijn werk, adres: Hollantlaan 17 Utrecht. een goede verbinding met het OV zal erg fijn zijn. In mijn vrije tijd houd ik mij bezig met: Mensen/vrienden helpen met klussen etc. Wandelen in de natuur, afspreken met vrienden ook Gitaar en basgitaar spelen doe ik graag. kort samengevat: Ik ben heel postief en enthousiast persoon en sta voor veel open gezelligheid vind ik erg belangrijk maar rekeninghouden met elkaar net zo, wie goed doet wie goed ontmoet. Hello, I am a spaniard. I am a laboratory technician, however I don't mind working in lower positions if the terms of the contract are good for me. I study in the mornings remotely and I work in the evenings which could be interesting for co-living with others. I am quiet and I maintain the room/house clean and I expect the same from others. Not very interested in making friends with others in a house as I am busy, with mutual respect it's enough for me.
