Ik heb een stabiel en goed inkomen en kan daarbij een intentieverklaring van mijn werkgever laten zien. Daarnaast huur ik al meer dan zeven jaar bij dezelfde verhuurder, die graag een verhuurdersverklaring voor me opstelt. Ik beschik over een garantiesteller en ben, indien gewenst, ook bereid om bij oplevering alvast een extra maand huur vooruit te betalen.

Ik maak makkelijk contact, ben oprecht geïnteresseerd in mensen en vind het chill als dingen gewoon gezegd kunnen worden en iedereen een beetje rekening met elkaar houdt.
