I have lived in The Hague since September 2025, and I’m currently looking for (temporary) housing, ideally starting from September 1st, when my rental contract ends. I am interested in renting a room or studio where I can focus on my studies. I have been accepted into a 3-year International Studies program at Leiden University. Although I currently only speak English, I am open to communicating in Dutch if preferred. I am organized, respectful of others' space, responsible, and clean. Hello! I'm Rúben and I am from Portugal. I'm a pianist and a newcomer to Maastricht. My musical interests vary a lot but I have a particular deep passion for both contemporary music and video game soundtracks. I am part of a quite active quartet and so most of the time I am busy scheduling concerts and rehearsals for us. My hobbies are quite minimal: reading, writing a bit, and playing on the Switch. At least twice a week I also like to go out running, truly only so I can say I do some sport. Now about behaviour, although I am quite social I am a very quiet person, this means that I will always try to the little noise with others around (however, just to be clear, if left alone, I may just leave music a bit loud...). I also like to schedule my time on the kitchen, I usually cook for the next two to three days so I'll be taking at least 1h30/2h of the kitchen's at least twice or thrice a week.
