Hallo! Mijn naam is Leonardo en ik ben 28 jaar oud. Ik kom oorspronkelijk uit Italië, maar ik woon nu in München. Op 1 december begin ik met mijn PhD aan de TU Delft en ik ben op zoek naar een huis. Ik ben op mijn 19e uit mijn ouderlijk huis verhuisd en woon sindsdien in gedeelde appartementen met andere studenten/werknemers. In mijn vrije tijd sport ik graag (vooral basketbal en Crossfit), kijk ik films/tv-series en ga ik graag met vrienden om. Ik spreek op dit moment geen Nederlands, maar daar werk ik aan. Hello! Vanwege een huwelijkscrisis, per direct op zoek naar een woonruimte. Mag ook tijdelijk. Een slaap/woonkamer, badkamer en keuken (al dan niet gedeeld) zou voor mij volstaan. Momenteel verblijf ik op een tijdelijke woonplek, logeerkamer van mensen die ik via via ken (nog max paar maanden daar mogelijk). Ik heb een eigen bedrijf, genaamd iamIT, hier in Delft (momenteel gevestigd in de zuster). Het is een IT bedrijf, we maken software met een gouden randje. Dat wil zeggen, naast het maken van hoogwaardige software heeft mijn bedrijf een belangrijk ander doel: arbeidsparticipatie. Wij werken alleen met mensen waartoe de arbeidsmarkt een afstand houdt. Wij noemen dat SIS-dev: Socially inclusive software development. Orde grootte van huur is bij voorkeur max. 1250 euro per maand. Ik heb 3 kinderen, eentje woont al buitenshuis (in Denemarken) en de andere 2 blijven bij mijn vrouw wonen. (ze zijn 15 en 17 jaar). Zij zullen slechts langskomen op visite, om het weekend ga ik namelijk in 'ons' huis om met de kinderen te zijn. Wellicht dat wel wel eens zullen gaan blijven logeren. Maar woonachtig blijven ze thuis. Ook alle huisdieren blijven op dat adres. Maar mede vanwege evt. makkelijk langskomen door de kinderen, zoek ik specifiek in Delft.
